Beta launch - We have finally launched. Version three of the dashboard is complete. Dashboard is now using Laravel Livewire.
Thanks for your support and patience during our development phase.
We look forward to your feedback.
2022

Beta version - This year we have been working on the beta version of NefCloud.
Version two of the dashboard is complete.
2021

Launch of nefcloud.com - Nefcloud.com domain launches. Version one of landing page and user dashboard is developed. Codebase is migrated to Laravel, a free and open-source PHP web framework.
Registration is by invitation only.

Founder story - NefCloud, established in 2020 by Horacio Santoyo in Los Angeles, CA, originated as a graduate project at Cal State University Dominguez Hills.
It is a cloud file storage application designed with a specific emphasis on security and file encryption.

Horacio, motivated by his semester-long project and four years of acquired skills, chose to follow his passion for technology, web design, and programming. This led to the ongoing development of the NefCloud project, which places a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, prioritizing user privacy and security since its inception.
